Where

: We have reserved a party room at Mike Ginsberg’s apartment building (Chairman of Virginia’s 8th District Republican Committee). It is located at the corner of North 13th Street & Wayne Street, only 3 blocks from the Court House Metro.

Cost: FREE for current Active and Associate AFCYR members

We will begin collecting 2012 dues now – everyone who pays
between December 1 and at the party will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card to RiRa. The cost is $15 for a full membership and $10 for an associate membership.

50/50 Raffle: To help offset the cost of the party we will have a 50/50 raffle, so bring some cash with you – $2 for 1 ticket or $5 for 3 tickets.

Food and drink will be provided, but feel free to bring desserts or extra wine to share.

AFCYRs On Notice – March 2011

Join us for adult kickball this Spring!

We will be playing with the NAKID Kickball League. Games don’t start until 7:15 pm to give everyone time to get there after work.
We know everyone can’t make every game, so if you will miss 2 or 3, no big deal. That’s why we can have up to 35 people on our team.
I encourage you to register quickly before the spots fill up!

Season: April 13 – June 15
Day & time: Wednesday evenings @ 7:15 pm
Game Location: National Mall @ 3rd Street (in front of the Capitol Building)
Metro stations closest to game: 3 blocks from Federal Center (orange, blue lines), 4 blocks from Archives/Navy Memorial (yellow, green lines)
Sponsor bars: My Brother’s Place (237 2nd St. NW) OR Hamilton’s (233 2nd St. NW) – both bars are 3.5 blocks from the game
Metro stations closest to bar: 4 blocks from Archives/Navy Memorial (yellow, green lines) & 4 blocks from Judiciary Square (red line)
